Every now-and-again there is a book stand in Uni selling all types of books that are relevant to the courses studied on my campus at a significantly reduced price. About two weeks ago I quickly picked up The Genius of Photography; How photography has changed our lives by Gerry Badger and a book that I thought might interest Zach. This book turns out to be really useful, it talks it’s way chronologically through photography discussing important discoveries, processes and photgraphs that have had a lasting impression on people. It’s originally priced at £25 but I managed to get it for £10, definitely worth it.

no place like home…
This is the longest I’ve ever been away from Newport, I don’t miss it as much as I thought I would.

I had another book printed for uni with some new and old photographs. It didn’t come out quite how I wanted but it’ll do for now.

One of the gifts Zach got me for my birthday. Gulag: A History by Anne Applebaum. “If it’s won the Pulitzer Prize you know it’s gunna be class!”.

We went to Yalla Yalla for Lottie’s birthday.
Happy Birthday Lottie x
I love Yalla Yalla, but being ill around my birthday sucks. Thanks to Zach for putting up with me being moany and miserable (and for awesome presents).

This little Welsh chapel is just off Oxford street in London, right behind where I work. It makes me smile everytime I go past it to get tea or coffee.
